Syncapse Platform – 4. 5 Release
The Syncapse Platform 4.5 release was predominantly a stabilization release. Time was spent to refactor our Respond capabilities to ensure all content within the Activity streams for Facebook and Twitter is included in the Platform. In addition, the development team spent a good deal of time ensuring all the Filter buttons inside Respond are working properly and filtering all the right data. Although this isn’t usually super exciting for our customers, I do know that customers want to be sure the Platform is robust and working properly. I know they will feel this is time well spent.
What is in 4.5?
Here are the features and improvements included in the 4.5 release:
- As an outstanding Task moves closer to the scheduled due date, the Platform will notify the Task Assignor 72 and 48 hours prior to the due date. In addition, 24 hours prior to the due date and after the due date, if the Task is still outstanding, the Task assignee and Task Assignor will be notified.
