Syncapse Corp., a social performance management platform, recently announced that the company will handle Reckitt Benckiser’s global social media presence.
Syncapse will be launching social media marketing programs for Reckitt Benckiser on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ across more than 20 brands including Clearasil, Durex and Lysol. The Platform will be responsible for hosting all social data, providing a unified view of Reckitt Benckiser’s global social connections, across all major social media channels.
“With a significant number of well-known brands actively involved in social media, it is vital that we have a robust solution that allows us to drive engagement with our target audiences, while measuring ROI,” said Simon Moutzouris, head of Global Digital Marketing and Social Media at Reckitt Benckiser.
“We selected Syncapse because of their leadership in social performance marketing across paid, earned and owned media,” said Moutzouris, responsible for scaling social media strategy and operations worldwide. “The Syncapse Platform not only provides key social media management capabilities, but also empowers us to understand the strengths and weaknesses of our global programs from a single, centralized dashboard. This gives us an ability to proactively engage with many of our most valuable customers and prospects.”
A SaaS-based social performance marketing solution, The Syncapse Platform provides technology and infrastructure that enables efficient, collaborative, global publishing. The Platform accepts third-party data integration, and creates meaningful data visualization and analytics about performance.
“Reckitt Benckiser is rapidly growing its social media presence and by partnering with Syncapse, will strengthen consumer relationships through one of the world’s most sophisticated social platform integrations,” said Michael Scissons, president and CEO at Syncapse. “CPGs like Reckitt Benckiser use Syncapse to maximize the performance of their social media initiatives across multiple markets, languages and brands to deliver against business objectives while staying on the forefront of emerging channels and consumer trends.”
Syncapse Corp. recently appointed Patrick W. Gross to its expanding board of directors. Gross’ term on the board is effective immediately as the company ramps up expansion for the 2012 fiscal year.
